Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to have a fair refund policy, but do understand we must include a $50 handling charge for any cancellation, and a full refund may not be possible. We have often booked a guide to work the trip with you well in advance.
More than 60 days prior = full refund of deposit – $50 handling charge; 60-30 days prior = 50% refund of deposit; less than 30 days = no refund, unless you can find a replacement.

Guide Tipping
It is not a requirement to offer your guide a gratuity, but greatly appreciated. Tipping your guide, should be similar to eating at a nice restaurant and depends on the level of service you feel you’ve received. We recommend tipping at 15-20% of the trip cost.
Meeting Location
You will receive a specific meeting time and place upon registering for your trip. For winter skiing, we often meet in La Grande, or Union at 7:30am at a local cafe or diner.
Food
For most of our day outings and some overnights, you are required to supply your own food. We can assist you with recommendations and meal planning: meal plan gear list.
Equipment

Dogs
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed at our overnight basecamp. We have a 8-mile snowmobile ride and melt snow for water. You may see our Golden Retrievers Luna and Sadie, but they have experience riding snowmobiles and are staff. Thanks for your understanding.
