Our Mission
Our goal at Eagle Cap Mountain Guides is to provide you with a top-notch mountain experience whether it be a domestic trip or an international expedition. Our guests experience the advantage of professional mountain guides, low guest-to-guide ratios, and exceptional logistics. All of our guides have high levels of mountain guiding education through organizations that include the American Mountain Guides Association (AMGA), American Avalanche Institute (AAI), and the American Institute for Avalanche Education and Research (AIARE). Our guides have combined decades of guiding experience in the Wallowas and abroad, and look forward to adventuring in the mountains with you.
Victor McNeil co-owner of ECMG is an IFMGA Mountain Guide through the AMGA. This is the highest certification a mountain guide can achieve and is recognized internationally.
